Goalkeepr Academy

Intermediate and Advanced sessions/weeks will step it up a notch! There will be a strong focus on more advanced footwork, GK fitness, and body control as well as more intense and tempo-driven diving techniques. The curriculum is designed to help you get to the ball faster and stronger. Together we will play out game-like situations to help with the split-second decision-making process that a top-level goalkeeper needs.

Academy Packages

  • U8-10 Academy

    Each session will be 60 mins

    Full Season Packages:

    Fall: 12 weeks (1-2 sessions per week)

    Winter: 10 weeks (1 session per week)

    Spring: 12 weeks (1-2 sessions per week

    Individual sessions: 45-60mins

  • U11-14 Academy

    Each session will be 60 mins

    Full Season Packages:

    Fall: 12 weeks (1-2 sessions per week)

    Winter: 10 weeks (1 session per week)

    Spring: 12 weeks (1-2 sessions per week

    Individual sessions: 45-60mins

  • U15 and Up (Pre-High School & High School)

    Each session will be 60-90mis

    Full Season Packages:

    Fall: 12 weeks (1-2 sessions per week)

    Individual sessions: 45-60mins

  • High School Individual Goalkeeping Session

    This 60 minute session includes:

    Dynamic warmup: Footwork, handling, diving, and shot stopping.

  • High School Weekly Goalkeeping Sessions

    This package of (3) 60 minute sessions includes:

    Dynamic warmup: Footwork, handling, diving, and shot stopping.

    Situational training: recreating game like scenarios to help with quicker decision making
